Aston Martin Valhalla Spider To Debut

Aston Martin is set to debut the Valhalla Spider, an open-top version of its Valhalla hypercar. This marks a continuation of the brand's mid-engined strategy, following the Valkyrie and its roofless variant.

The Valhalla Spider retains the performance specifications of the coupe. It features a hybrid powertrain that delivers 1064 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque. The system includes an 817 hp 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine.

The car will offer a removable and stowable fabric roof in some markets, while U.S. buyers will receive a hard carbon fiber piece. With the roof installed or removed, the Valhalla Spider can reach an electronically limited top speed of 217 miles per hour, making it the fastest open-top Aston Martin to date. A stowable clip-on wind deflector and active aerodynamic systems are designed to maintain consistent balance regardless of the roof's configuration.

Production of the Valhalla Spider is projected to account for approximately one-quarter of all Valhalla models. The vehicle is scheduled for its public debut at the Wynn Concours in Las Vegas this weekend, with customer deliveries anticipated to begin in Q3 of 2027.
