Liberty Walk shows off a much nicer BMW i8 at the Miami show

A few days ago, we reported about a custom BMW i8 by Liberty Walk. The car gained fender flares, a spliteer, side canards, side skirt extensions, a spoiler lip, an aggressive-looking diffusor and an air kit. Frankly, we weren’t too infatuated with it back then. Now, this is what the Japanese tuner brought to the Miami motor show, and it looks a fair bit more interesting. Let us have a look, shall we?

The new BMW i8 by Liberty Walk sports the same assortment of aero components, but comes wrapped in a high-gloss grey film. Juxtaposed against the glossy-black doors, grille and a few other parts, the wrap looks hypnotically beautiful and is an instant eye-catcher.

The Miami example also boasts an excellent set of Savini forged wheels, which also manages to look much better on the i8 than the Vossen Forged LC-109T set we have seen it wear before.
