GAC Hyptec HL teased before premiere

GAC has unveiled its next full-size SUV, the Hyptec HL.

It is 5,126 millimeters (roughly 200 inches) long, has 3,088 mm (120 inches) of wheelbase, and is electric. The interior has three rows two seats in each. Air-ride suspension and 800V wiring on board should make it especially comfortable for premium-minded buyers.

There will be two main powertrains to choose from, all-electric and plug-in hybrid. Both will be available with a choice between one and two e-motors.

The SUV will be formally introduced at Auto Guangzhou starting this Friday, November 15.
