Polestar has offered a first look at a new concept vehicle, the Polestar Formula 2030 Concept. The company has released a shadowy frontal image of the concept, with a full reveal planned for the media first drive event of the Polestar 4. Investors, VIP customers, and retailers may see the concept earlier at an event at Polestar's headquarters.
The image suggests the Formula 2030 Concept has a wide stance, with flared fenders and a muscular hood. It retains the brand's Dual Blade lighting signature, which now appears to include headlamps between the blades. There also appears to be a feature resembling a Formula 1 car's halo, potentially an unorthodox windshield wiper arrangement, bifurcating the windshield.
Polestar states that the design language of this concept will be incorporated into future production models. This includes the second-generation Polestar 2 sedan, expected next year, and the Polestar 7 compact crossover. For those in the U.S., seeing these vehicles firsthand may require travel to Canada.
