Flagship Zeekr SUV shows up ahead of premiere

Zeekr has shared some photos and a video of its upcoming full-size SUV called the 9X Grand. You may have seen it before under the pre-production name “EX1E”.

In early 2025, Zeekr officially announced that its largest SUV was coming to the market soon with a Super Hybrid powertrain on board. This innovative powertrain was said to combine the best traits of pure EVs and all kinds of existing hybrids.

While not official, rumors are trickling in that the Zeekr 9X Grand will be powered by a modified version of Geely’s EM-i system. As to when it may debut, we suppose Auto Shanghai in April is the likeliest date. Sales should start around the third quarter of the year.
