Citroen Jumpy gets a nostalgia-inducing edition in Italy

For several years now, Italian coachbuilder Caselani has been converting newer Citroen minibuses and vans to look like the vintage Type H bus produced in 1948–1981. The conversion package seen here does the same, but it comes from the automaker itself.

Known as the Jumpy Type-H Pack, it comes with corrugated metal bodywork instead of smooth, 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, bumpers painted to match the rest of the body, and lots of standard features.

The result looks decidedly less posh than Caselani conversions, but it’s also much more affordable. Buying a Citroen Jumpy with the Type-H Pack preinstalled at the factory will set you back €41,400 before options. The only caveat is that only the 4.98-meter-long version is supported.
