Ford unveils the Raptor T1+, its latest Dakar Rally challanger
Ford Performance has joined efforts with M-Sport to produce a unique rally off-roader named the Raptor T1+. With 400 mm (15.6”) of clearance and 350 mm (13.6”) of suspension travel, it seems capable of tackling virtually any terrain obstacle.
According to Ford, the ATV features a carbon-fiber body on top of a stainless-steel space-frame. Its 5.0-liter V8 benefits from a dry sump and other trail-friendly modifications.
The company plans to unleash the Raptor T1+ in the 2024 Baja Hungary race next month and the dreaded Dakar Rally in January.
