Car Tuning
Early last year, Russian tuner TopCar launched its popular Inferno body kit for the fourth-gen Mercedes-Benz G-Class (W464). As usual, the top specs were the first ones to get it, but recently, the diesel-powered G 350 d joined the lineup as well.
The model gets the Light version of the Inferno kit, which is also available for the G 500 and G 400 d. All components boast the stylish “visible carbon fiber” finish that is perceptibly lighter than the jet-black car body, resulting in a pleasant contrast. Included are a front spoiler extension, ornamental moldings, radiator grille inserts, side sill extensions, a neat and somewhat tame-looking rear diffuser, and a spare wheel cover with carbon-fiber detailing.
The show car rides on 21-inch TopCar Shark wheels painted grey and wrapped in 275/45 R21 tires. An interior makeover rounds things off with premium leather on the doors, front panel and center console, as well as reddish carbon-fiber details going along well with red stitching.
