Lamborghini says goodbye to the Aventador with the LP 780-4 Ultimae

The Lambo Aventador has lingered in production for over a decade now, but the special edition named LP 780-4 Ultimae will be its swan song. Let’s hear it!

The supercar keeps its all-wheel-drive system intact, but benefits from a range of improvements made in its naturally aspirated engine, thanks to which it now produces 780 PS (770 hp / 574 kW). The body kit has been revised, too, and the manufacturer claims the aerodynamic solutions implemented at the front end grant the car about as much downforce as the SVJ.

The drive modes named Strada, Sport and Corsa remain available, as does the customizable Ego mode. A telemetry system is available at a premium.

The farewell series will be limited to 600 units, out of which only 250 will be open-topped. Buyers will be offered 18 main body colors, but those looking for more individuality will be able to browse through a catalog with 300 extra shades and hues.
