Next-gen VW T-Roc shots leak online

Volkswagen is getting ready to launch the next T-Roc generation, Cochespias reports posting images of what looks like an infotainment display with the new SUV depicted on it.

The updated T-Roc is expected to arrive in late 2025. Compared to the current generation (see video), the SUV on the display has an exaggerated bumper, Volkswagen’s latest headlight design and mesh inserts at the front end. A taillight strip and an imitated diffuser are the biggest additions at the rear end. The body proportions look slightly different, perhaps a bit tamer than before, but the wide c-pillar is still there.

Like most of Volkswagen’s other recent releases, the new T-Roc will likely be based on the MQB Evo platform. It may borrow the powertrain options from the Golf, ending up with multiple ICE and hybrid choices. Last but not least, we expect a sporty T-Roc R to arrive packing an electrified 2.0-liter turbo four-pot and four driven wheels.
