Novelties
Japanese car marque Subaru has announced an update for its Impreza hatchback and sedan/saloon range. The 2020 facelift will arrive on the domestic market this fall sporting exterior and cabin modifications.
Compared to the pre-facelift version which you can see on the attached video, the novelty sports a redesigned radiator grille, a new front bumper with black slit-like openings, and more modern-looking lighting overall.
The interior now benefits from premium finishing materials and houses an updated infotainment system with an enormous touch-sensitive display. Standard equipment now includes the entire Eyesight Touring Assist package, which incorporates AEB, cruise control and lane control.
The engine palette remains untouched. In both the sedan and the hatchback version, the 2020 Subaru Impreza offers a choice between an opposite-cylinder engine rated at 115 hp (86 kW) and its larger counterpart with 154 hp (115 kW). Both use a CVT transmission and support FWD and AWD.
Customers in Europe and the USA may expect a similar facelift soon.
