Mitsubishi Motors has subtly refreshed its Delica D:5 van, which has been a Japan-only model for the past two years.
The scope of changes is quite humble: the steering wheel is now heated, the rain sensor better adjusts windshield wiper speed to the current intensity of rain, and the automatic high beams now switch on faster than before.
The tech stays stock. The 2.2-liter Mitsubishi 4N14 turbo diesel continues to pump out 145 PS (143 hp / 107 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque in conjunction with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The All Wheel Control (AWC) system is identical to that of the latest Outlander.
Prices in Japan range between 3,913,800 and 4,489,100 Japanese Yen ($37,600 – $43,125 USD at current conversion rates).
