Car tuner Roush Performance has released 2019 versions of its Ford F-150 SC and Nitemare pickup trucks. Let’s have a look at what’s new.
The company markets its facelifted 2019 Roush F-150 SC as the most technologically advanced off-road truck out there. That said, it comes with the old 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine rated at 650 hp (485 kW) and 827 Nm (610 lbft) of torque. One big difference in the new version is the performance exhaust system with an electronic valve and remote control feature. You can now choose your favorite exhaust soundtrack simply by switching between various available modes on your smartphone.
Aside from the new exhaust, the SC series gets a slight further increase in ride height and a newly designed set of 20-inch wheels clad in 305/55 rubber.
The Roush F-150 Nitemare, essentially the souped-up version of the SC, only gets the valve exhaust system. It also gets to keep its original engine with 610 hp (455 kW).
