Less than a month after premiering its electric SUV named Jax, Alpha Motor Corporation challenges the battery pickup segment of the market with a concept called Alpha Wolf.
The ambitious newbie is expected to cost less than $40,000 when it comes out. It is comparable with the previous-gen Ford Ranger in terms of dimensions and comes in FWD and AWD variants. The largest battery is rated for 85 kilowatt-hours of power and 275 miles (442 kilometers) of range.
The deliberately dated design of the exterior is contrasted by a state-of-the-art interior with its lack of hardware controls, digital dashboard and infotainment tablet.
Powertrain specs remain to be announced.
