The Chinese company Beijing LinkData Technologies has published a first official teaser image of its latest creation, a super compact electric car named U-Bike.
According to the market analysts, the vehicle is going to provide srious competition to the latest Renault Twizy when it comes out. Its presentation is scheduled for the Consumer Electronics Show in Las-Vegas, U.S.A. starting on January 9th, 2018.
Only little bits of information regarding the U-Bike get published by its creator. At the moment, all we know is that the vehicle is only 920 millimeters (36 inches) long, weighs 180 kilograms (slightly under 400 lbs), and comes with an open cab as well as disproportionately huge headlights.
The manufacturer also states that the car makes use of Panasonic batteries which enable it to travel up to 100 kilometers (60 miles) before discharge.
It should be reminded that the top-of-the-line Renault Twizy comes equipped with a 17-horsepower engine and travels up to 100 kilometers at 80 km/h (50 mph) at most.
