Engineers from Camal Studio design atelier have recently finished working on the body of SerpaS, a brand-new custom sports vehicle. The project is headed and funded by the carbon fiber accessories maker Aznom located in Monza, Italy.
SerpaS, which stands for “snake” or “serpent”, gets a 2.6L V8 with 363 hp and 276.5 Nm torque. More impressively, however, the vehicle weighs less than 900 kilograms (that’s under 2,000 pounds). This is due to its extremely lightweight but nonetheless sturdy aluminum body, which had to be assembled manually.
While there is still no information concerning the interior of Aznom SerpaS, it is generally expected to be finished in the Italian retro sports car style. One major indication for this is the fact that the newcomer lacks doors – just like its racing predecessors did.
