Leap Motor Company already has three electric cars on its lineup: the T03 small hatchback, S01 sports car, and C11 SUV (see video). A full-size sedan named C01 will be joining the list this May.
The car will be based on the same platform as the C11, but at 5,053 mm long, it will be considerably larger than the SUV with its 4,750 mm. The tech will likely be the same, though.
If so, buyers will be looking forward to choice between a single-motor, RWD battery car exerting 272 PS (268 hp / 200 kW) and a dual-motor AWD one rated at 544 PS (536 hp / 400 kW). The largest 90-kWh battery will be enough for around 550 kilometers (342 miles) of NEDC-rated range.
The final production version should debut before the end of the year.
