Chinese car manufacturer Lynk & Co has three different car models on offer, two SUVs amply named the 01 and the 02 and a sedan/saloon called the (no surprise here) 03. The company is also working on a mini hatchback called the 04. Today, new images have been uploaded to the Chinese Ministry of Industry and IT depicting the Lynk & Co 05, a coupe-shaped SUV.
Like its peers, the car utilizes the CMA platform. It measures 4,592 mm (15.07 ft.) long with 2,734 mm (8.97 ft.) separating the axles.
The front part of the vehicle looks more or less similar to those of the models 01 through 03, but the rear sports an interesting and original design. It also looks like customers will be able to customize the color of the highlights found on the rims, the radiator grille, and both bumpers.
The fifth vehicle will ship with the same gasoline engine assortment as its predecessors. This includes a 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder unit rated at 180 hp (134 kW), a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo capable of 190 hp (142 kW), and a high-end V4 with 238 hp / 177 kW under its command.
The car will likely hit the showrooms later this year priced above the rest Lynk & Co models.
