The flagship was put on the
conveyor at the Chinese plant of the alliance PSA Group and Dongfeng concern in
Chengdu. The production was set up directly for the home market. In 2018 C5
Aircross will begin to produce for Europe in a French company.
The engine range of the
crossover for the Chinese market will be presented by two petrol engines in
volume of 1,6 and 1,8 liters. Their power will be 165 and 200 horsepower
respectively. Couple with them will work automatic gearbox. Drive only front. A
little later, there will be a four-wheel drive hybrid car.
Citroen C5 Aircross was the
first in the lineup of the brand, who received the suspension with hydraulic
stops (stop delay and speed limiter) Progressive Hydraulic Cushions.

control, lane tracking systems, monitoring of blind areas, recognition of

In August this year, Chinese
dealers will begin accepting orders for the new Citroen C5 Aircross, and the
sales of the crossover will begin in the autumn of this year.
