Lynk & Co, a Chinese car brand co-founded by Volvo and Geely, is getting its next model ready to rumble. Fresh pics of the coupe-shaped SUV have been posted online.
The car comes based on the CMA architecture and is longer and any other Lynk & Co vehicle. Overall, the exterior corresponds to what you would expect from the brand, but the bumpers, the radiator grille and the taillights are all original to an extent.
The cabin is also different, with a new infotainment system packing a larger touch-sensitive display, a redesigned dashboard, a new steering wheel, and restyled door cards.
The Lynk & Co 05 will ship with a choice of three Volvo engines rated at 180, 190, and 254 horsepower (134, 142, and 189 kilowatts).
Sales in China will begin in 2020, and the minimum price tag will be close to 35,500 USD (250,000 Chinese Yuan).
