British automaker Naran Automotive has shared some details regarding its upcoming Naran hypercar. Apparently, owners will be able to purchase an option pack called Celare to convert it into a GT3 racer within mere minutes.
The package has been co-developed with EY3 Engineering and includes such aerodynamic elements as front bumper inserts, a rear wing, suspension arm deflectors, and wheels with grippy racing-grade tires (optional). All of the above takes about 20 minutes to install.
In its racecar form, the Naran generates 1,377 kg (3,035 lbs) of downforce. It uses a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 designed by Racing Dynamics, which connects to an eight-speed automatic transmission and churns out 1,034 horsepower when measured at the brakes. Getting from zero to 97 km/h (0-60 mph) takes 2.3 seconds, and the top speed lies above 370 km/h (230 mph).
The company plans to produce 49 units priced from €1,000,000.
