The company officially unveiled its first production vehicle at CES-2017 in Las Vegas. The car gets over 64,000 bookings in 36 hours.
FF 91 has a range of more than 600 kilometres, and it cuts the zero-to-60 miles per hour interval to just 2.39 seconds.The 130kW battery pack provides the car with enough wattage for 4 electric motors to generate 1,050 horsepower. Charging can be carried out through 110 or 240 volt AC at-home sockets or a 200kW DC charging station. The 91 is also feature autonomous driving and has 3D lidar, 10 HD cameras, 13 radars and 12 ultrasonic sensors.
Car pre-order is available only for residents of the US, Canada and China. Priority reservation requires a deposit of $5,000. The company will begin production of the first 300 copies of the 91 in 2018. It should be noted that the price of the Faraday Future electric vehicle will be more than $ 180 000.
