The two-way racetrack in the state of Oregon, USA, is being offered to anyone willing to pay the $10 million asking price for it.
The track along with its auxiliary infrastructure was put into commission 12 years ago. It is 2.3 miles (3.7 kilometers) long and has altitude variations of up to 40 feet (12 meters).
The complex also features a garage with lifts and repair equipment for 12 vehicles, two fuel stations, WC/shower cabins, rest and recreation areas, and catering zones.
