Taiwan-based vehicle manufacturer Xing Mobility plans to wrap up works on its first and, apparently, the last all-electric car, the Xing Miss R, before the end of the year.
Xing actually aspires to become a parts manufacturer for the all-electric car market. To this end, the company markets its Miss R hypercar as a promo vehicle. A small batch of 20 cars worth around U.S. $1,000,000 each will roll off the conveyor lines.
The gorgeous Xing Miss R comes equipped with four electric motors together producing 1,360 horsepower (1,015 kW). The manufacturer claims it can accelerate 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 1.8 seconds. Curiously, according to official reports, it won’t offer much in terms of driving range. Instead, it will come with a fast battery swap function.
The unique Xing Miss R will go on sale strictly over prepaid custom orders in 2019.
