Volkswagen Group has been building an interactive expo called ‘Building an Electric Future’ in Los-Angeles, which is dedicated to the all-electric transports of tomorrow. The expo will open at the Petersen Automotive Museum on November 20 and will be preceded by a surprise reveal.
The German automotive giant will tell a story about its approach to designing all-electric cars and unveil four EVs, including one ‘brand-new design’. No specifics beyond that are available, but the chief designer of the company assures us it will set a good mood for the rest of the expo.
The reveal itself will occur before the opening day, on November 19. Summing up what we know about VW EVs, there’s the ID.3 hatchback (see video), the upcoming ID.4 SUV, a new unannounced MPV, a full-size van, and a larger SUV all being possible candidates for the spotlight.
