The startup Devel from the UAE will present its unique development - the Sixteen hyperkar at the Dubai Auto Show. Its feature is an incredibly powerful motor. Work on the machine was conducted in 2013.
As it became known, Devel Sixteen will be equipped with an incredible 12.3-liter V16 unit with four turbines. The claimed yield of this "monster" is 5 thousand horsepower and 4,771 Nm of torque. To "hundred" the car will be dispersed for 1,9 seconds, and its maximum speed will make 500 km / h.
The basis for this development was the aluminum frame and carbon monocoque. Body panels will also be carbon-fiber. The driver will be able to independently adjust the suspension, equipped with shock absorbers of variable rigidity.
To work on Devel attracted the Italian company Manifattura Automobili Torino, which previously participated in the creation of hypercar SCG 003 and recently presented Apollo Intensa Emozione.
