A stealth bomber inspired this homegrown trailer home

Creative approach is perhaps the most essential factor in designing a home on wheels. A detailed video by New Jersey Outdoor Adventures shows just such a project, which drew inspiration from military aviation.

The owner of the trailer originally used it to transport small boats, but has since remodeled it into a full-blown home away from home. He admits that he was by no means a professional in car modification, but there is no denying that the result looks very convincing.

Found inside are two sleeping areas, air conditioning, a kitchen and numerous storage niches. The trailer comes in at mere 900 pounds (around 410 kilograms), making it very efficient in terms of features-to-weight ratio.

The owner says he built his first trailer home right in his backyard and managed to sell it for a profit. This one may also go on sale soon.
