The Cupra Ateca SUV isn’t even out yet, but this apparently didn’t stop ABT Sportsline from releasing a custom build on its base. The tuner will take it to the Essen Motor Show opening in less than a week.
In its production version, the car is capable of 300 hp (224 kW) and 400 Nm (298 lb×ft) of torque. ABT has managed to raise these to 350 hp (261 kW) and 440 Nm (325 lb×ft), respectively. The Spanish car now accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in five seconds flat, as opposed to the factory-promised 5.2s.
The Cupra Ateca by ABT Sportsline also features a set of sports springs that bring it down a notch.
