Shortly before the public debut, the Japanese company
officially declassified the restyling sedan Acura RLX 2018 model year.
The updated car received a fresh and modern exterior
design. A modified pentagonal radiator grille, other head optics, a revised
aerodynamic body kit and a raised hood are made in the new styling of the
premium brand.
Under the hood Acura RLX V-shaped 6-cylinder engine of
3.5 liters capacity of 310 horsepower. it will work in pair with a new
10-speed automatic transmission.
To all, for the updated sedan is available a hybrid
modification. The equipment Acura RLX Sport Hybrid includes the same engine V6
and electric motors plus the system of four-wheel drive SH-AWD. The power plant
generates 377 horsepower.
Also there are changes in exterior. There are more
qualitative materials of furnish, new seats and the corporate package of
auxiliary systems of safety AcuraWatch.
The cost of the restyled Acura RLX 2018 model year
will be about $ 61,000 for a gasoline model and about $ 66,000 for a hybrid
one. Sales of new items will start in November 2017.
Public presentation of the updated flagship will be
held at the American auto show Monterey Automotive Week next week.
