On the Internet appeared a fresh spy photo of a new
crossover of the German brand without camouflage. The car hit the paparazzi
lens on the roads of Germany.
It became clear from the photo that the appearance of
the Audi Q8 serial model will differ little from the prototype presented at the
last event in Detroit.
It is expected that the engine range of new items will
include gasoline and diesel engines V6 and V8 with a turbo. Also planned are
the sports version of the Audi SQ8, equipped with a 4.0-liter diesel engine V8,
which produces 430 horsepower, and a super-powerful Audi RS Q8, whose capacity
will be about 600 "horses".
But that's not all. In the future, a hybrid Audi SQ8
modification may appear, which will be equipped with a V6 gasoline engine with
two turbines and an electric motor with a total output of 476 horsepower.
It is known that the production of the flagship
crossover will be adjusted in 2018 at the Volkswagen plant in Slovakia.
Premiere of the production crossover Audi Q8 will take
place early next year at the Auto Show in Detroit.
