Two performance cars, the BMW M4 Competition and the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupe, have had a one-on-one showdown on a race track. You’d think the winner is obvious; you’d be wrong.
The BMW M4 Competition comes equipped with a 3,0-liter turbocharged V6 engine capable of 425hp and 550 Nm of torque. It accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in four seconds and can go at 280 km/h (174 mph) at most.
Its fellow German Mercedes-AMG C 63 S boasts a 4,0-liter, twin-turbo V8 engine with 503hp and 700 Nm of torque. It only needs 3.9 seconds to get going at one hundred km/h.
