The Romanian company Dacia, which is a division of the French Renault, is preparing for the premiere of a new generation of its crossover Duster in 2017. They promise that the model in a new generation will be more capacious.
Based on the first renders, the image of updated Duster became more modern. The setting up of an additional number of passenger seats in a salon, that can be removed in the case of transportation of bulky cargoes, became possible due to the increased base of CMF (from the Renault-Nissan Alliance). The new entertaining multimedia system is also appeared in the car.
It is known that in the basic version Duster will be equipped with a rear wheel drive. All-wheel drive modification will be also available, but for an additional fee.Engines, which scale is borrowed from the Renault Koleos model, will work in a tandem both with "automatic machine", and with a manual gearbox.
The premiere of the new crossover will be held on an auto show in Geneva in March.
