The North American startup company Genovation has officially unveiled the GXE supercar. The vehicle uses the latest Chevrolet Corvette platform and can be found at the manufacturer’s exhibition booth at CES-2018 in Las-Vegas, U.S.A.
The car is driven by a custom Genovation GXE electric engine capable of 800 hp with 948 torque. It takes three seconds for it to accelerate 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph). Its top going speed is manufacturer-rated at 354 km/h (220 mph), and it can travel up to 281 km (175 mi) until discharge.
The new Genovation GXE supercar gets a wide rear spoiler and diffusor, carbon-ceramic brakes, LED lights and an up-to-date sound system.
Genovation plans to produce a limited series of 75 cars to be shipped to their owners before the end of the year.
The price of the two-door sports vehicle remains undisclosed.
