The car called Pop. Up, will be able to move on roads and by air thanks to two exchangeable electric modules. The salon capsule, containing two people, is made of light carbon fabrics and can join one of modules automatically. All management happens through the application on the smartphone. In case of what the software can choose an optimum method of movement, analyzing time and material costs of future travel. The module will be able to arrive to the capsule independently, to unite with it, and not used part will be sent for recharging until the next call.
Dimensions of salon capsule are small: length reaches 2,6 meters, width — 1,4 meters, and height - 1,5 meters. The module for flights has the sizes of 5х4,4 m. It is equipped with 8 propellers and executed by the principle of the quadcopter. Each module and the capsule are equipped with batteries. The maximum speed of movement on the ground — 100 km/h, the power reserve with a full battery reaches 130 km. In the air, the maximum speed is also 100 km / h, the range of flight is 100 km.
The car, provided the other day in Geneva, is the concept car. Meanwhile it is unknown, when the companies will decide to start serial production of Pop. Up.
