The new brand Italdesign Automobili Speciali,
presented in March this year at the Geneva auto show, the well-known studio of
car design and engineering Italdesign, sold the whole lot of its first supercar
Zerouno.
It is worth mentioning that the exclusive Zerouno auto
edition was only five units, each of which cost 1.5 million euros. And this is
not surprising. After all, the brand is specifically aimed at producing
small-scale machines for collectors. Each copy of Italdesign Automobili
Speciali is unique, because it is collected almost manually.
The high-performance Zerouno coupe is built on a
modular chassis of carbon-aluminum, its body is entirely made of carbon fiber.
Under the hood of the supercar is a 5.2-liter V10 engine with a power of 610
horsepower, which stands at Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8. Overclocking to
"hundreds" of Zerouno takes 3.2 seconds.
At the moment, the manufacturer has thought about the
release of a cross-platform roadster model. Prospects for new products are
discussed with potential Italdesign clients.
