Mercedes-Benz autoparker began to independently look for a place on multi-level parking lots

Concern Daimler with Bosch are testing the world's first automated car parking. First they were taught to park, and absolutely autonomously, Mercedes-Benz cars.

Now there was an opportunity with the help of the application installed on the smartphone to send the car to search for a parking place and return it back. To do this, just stop in a special drop-off zone, leave the vehicle and press the command from the mobile device. Next, the car will do everything itself. And, no obstacles will embarrass him: whether it's a man running out onto the roadway or a car leaving. The necessary equipment will help you navigate in any situation.

While specialized equipment is available only in the parking lot of the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, where they tested the new technology. There are special sensors installed in the parking lot, controlling the maneuvers of the car. After receiving the necessary documents and permits from the regulatory bodies, it is there that the very first automated parking will be opened. This should happen early next year.
