The organizers of the New York International Auto Show 2020 have decided to postpone the event until August 28 over coronavirus concerns.
As dozens of countries worldwide are battling the Covid-2019, the host of the event decided not to push luck and instead cancel the show scheduled for April 10-19, 2020.
The epidemic has already became the reason behind the cancellation of multiple major tradeshows in the automotive industry, including the GIMS, and Sao Paolo Show, and the Auto Beijing. Left without no venue to exhibit their products and technologies in, manufacturers have to make do with online presentations.
