Ginetta, a company that specializes in building racecar concepts, is currently working on a new supercar that would be able to challenge and dethrone the best Aston Martin models. The prototype will make a grand entrance at the Geneva International Motor Show starting in a month.
According to some preliminary sources, the Ginetta supercar will utilize an ultralight carbon chassis alongside a body and an aero kit made of the same material.
The vehicle will likely take advantage of racing-spec suspension and come equipped with a 6.0-liter, naturally aspirated Ginetta V8 engine capable of exceeding 600 hp (450 kW). It will probably work in tandem with a sequential transmission controlled via a paddle shifter.
We can safely expect the car to have impressive acceleration dynamics, including a top speed of 320 km/h (200 mph) or even better than that.
