Moscow-based carmaker AVTOROS has come to the 2019 Dubai International Motor Show with its own all-terrain vehicle project, the Shaman.
The series is a piecework production. Each off-roader packs eight steerable wheels, separate per-wheel suspension, and a 3.0-liter Iveco F1C diesel engine rated at 176 hp (131 kW). The torque is not specified; the transmission is five-speed manual.
The truck measures six meters long (19.7 ft.) and weighs in at 4.8 metric tons (approx. 10,600 lbs). The overlanding speed varies in the 2 – 70 km range (1.2 – 43.5 mph), and it can traverse water at 7 km/h (4.3 mph).
AVTOROS is already exporting the Shaman into several countries. Domestic prices start from 10,300,000 Rubles ($160,250 USD).
