Italian car tuning workshop Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus has revealed first photos of its new racecar prototype it had built for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The vehicle goes under the provisional name of SCG 007 LMP1 and is fully compliant with the WEC 2020 regulations.
Details are light so far, but we know that the company plans to release 25 street-legal copies of the car and a single racecar, which will participate in the Le Mans tournament. Each will cost U.S. $1,000,000 to buy.
SCG will pump all the money earned into the Le Mans prototype racecar. The company sets out for victory in the prestigious race, and this means substantial expenditures.
Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus has recently announced another vehicle, a retro sport car themed after the legendary classical Ferrari 250. No further information was given.
