The first spy photos of the
new generation sedan were published by Motor1.
It is worth mentioning that
in some countries the car will be sold under the name Virtus. The main
differences between the four-door sedan and the sixth-generation Volkswagen
Polo hatchback will be an elongated wheelbase and a slightly different front
end.
According to the images,
they show two different modifications of the sedan. With a red body, most
likely, the basic version, which can be said on 15-inch wheels with plastic
caps, paint bumpers and the lack of fog.
The black color car with a
chrome finish of the exterior, 17-inch wheels, as well as with a multimedia
system installed in the cabin and a digital instrument panel, probably in
top-end configuration.
In Brazilia, the novelty
will be offered with 120-horsepower 1.6-liter petrol atmosphere.
The official presentation of
the Volkswagen Polo sedan of the new generation will take place on September 1.
The first sales start in South America. This will happen in the first quarter
of next year.
