The Apex AP-0 is a Geneva show supercar with a carbon-fiber chassis

Hong Kong-based automaker Apex Motors will attend the Geneva IMS 2020 with an all-electric supercar called AP-0, which boasts a carbon-fiber chassis.

The only teaser pic available so far shows a car with intricately designed rear end and turn blinkers, as well as a fin with a brake light attached. According to the company, it is rather compact and weighs in under 1,200 kilograms (2,645 lbs).

Apex Motors claims that the two-door coupe will boast ‘superior agility’ and peerless stability when cornering at fast speeds.

Apex Motors only has one vehicle on its track record so far, and that is the AP-1 racecar shown in the video. The racer packs a Ford 2.3 EcoBoost engine modded to churn out 355 hp (265 kW), enabling it to sprint 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.5 seconds.
