Tushek & Spigel Supercars, a Slovenian and Austrian exclusive car manufacturer, has released photos and technical specs of its upcoming TS 900 H Apex superhybrid. The live premiere is scheduled for the Salon Privé on September 7, 2019.
According to the company, the vehicle comes powered by a 5.2-liter supercharged V8 engine assisted by two electric motors linked to the front axle. The resulting total output amounts to 963 hp (718 kW) and 1,400 Nm (1,033 lb-ft) of torque. The two-door roadster needs 2.5 seconds to get from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph), which makes it comparable to the 1,500-hp Bugatti Chiron.
The TS 900 H Apex features a chrome-molybdenum alloy chassis and carbon body, which translates into a curb weight of just 1,410 kilograms (3,110 lbs).
Aljosa Tushek, Slovenian professional racing driver and founder of Tushek Supercars, has spent the past several months test-driving the superhybrid on a racing circuit and tuning it to perfection.
