The first sports car of Indian Tata company debuted in Geneva

The model received the name Racemo and will become the first car of new TAMO brand, created with appropriate support from Tata Motors, rather known Indian carmaker. 

The new platform formed as a basis of the two-seater sports car. Length is equal to 3835 mm, width makes 1 810 mm, height is 1 208 mm, wheelbase is 2 430 mm, ground clearance is 165 mm. The weight of a sports car is 800 kg. Under the hood there is a 1,2-liter petrol motor with a power of 186 h.p. which allows the Indian sports car to accelerate to 100 km/h approximately in 6 seconds. 

It is noted that specialists of Turin design studio worked on design of the car. The dashboard is replaced with three screens, electronics works at a basis of developments of the known American Microsoft corporation.

Circulation was decided to be limited to 250 copies, which will arrive to dealers next year.  It is unknown whether the Indian novelty will submit the world markets or will be limited only by home markets.
