ATS brand (Automobili Turismo e Sport) has
published the first image of a new ultralight GT model, which will be presented
to the public at the end of August this year at the Salon Prive event in the
UK, according to Autocar.
It is known that the basis for the ATS GT will be a
chassis made of carbon and carbon fiber body panels. Under the hood of the
sports car will be a twin-turbo V8 engine, which will work in pair with a
seven-speed robotic transmission with two clutches. Despite the fact that
the power capacity of the unit is not known, the estimated acceleration to the
first "hundred" will take at the car only 3 seconds.
The first batch of the ATS GT supercar will be limited
to 12 copies The cost of the novelty is not yet announced.
