XING Mobility unveils an electric off-road monster

The Taiwan-based car maker XING Mobility has revealed its electric prototype supercar Miss R. The car proved to be faster than the next generation Tesla Roadster. If official sources are to be believed, Miss R will be the first supercar to conquer the off-road.

Belief comes naturally if you consider the road clearance of 1300 millimeters (~51”). The car comes equipped with four electric motors yielding a total of 1360 HP and 1720 Nm torque. The batteries of the Miss R are also a unique development of XING Mobility - and their point of pride. They are submerged into liquid commonly used as a coolant for lasers and supercomputers.

It takes mere 1.8 seconds for the Miss R to rev up to 100kmph (60mph). The supercar accelerates to a maximum of 271kmph (168mph) and travels up to 250 km (155 mi) before discharging.

XING Mobility plans to come out with a mass-production ready prototype of their electric monster car before the end of 2018. A total of twenty cars will be produced, each priced at $1,000,000.
