The premium crossover SUV segment of the car market is crowded as is, yet an Italian startup firm named Aehra hopes to take it by the storm with the car pictured here. It is still an unnamed concept, but it stands out quite a bit thanks to its gull/butterfly-wing door combo and side cameras stylized as racing bike mirrors.
In addition to the above, the windshield is sharply inclined to the point of creating a smooth transition with the roof, resulting in a fastback-like aesthetic. Granted, it was probably done not as much for show as to maximize aerodynamic performance. Aehra supplies no specifics in this regard and stays silent about the car’s powertrain, range and cabin.
Moving forward, the Italian startup plans to introduce an electric sedan in February 2023. Should everything go according to schedule, both models will be released in 2025.
