As you have probably already heard, the renowned Italian luxury car maker Alfa Romeo finally makes its return to Formula One after a 33-year hiatus. The company has declared itself the official sponsor of the Sauber F1 Team. Now we know what the race car will look like, too.
As you can see, most of the vehicle is painted white with Alfa Romeo logos across the body, while the upper air intake and the hood are crimson red.
During the 2018 F1 race, the car will be piloted by Marcus Ericsson (Sweden) and Charles Leclerc (Monaco). It should be pointed out that the latter has won the 2017 Formula Two.
The Alfa Romeo team had participated in two initial Formula One races held in 1950 and 1951, winning both.
