Italian luxury automaker Alfa Romeo has stopped producing the 4C coupe and roadster series over a twofold sales drop.
The sports car comes based on a carbon-fiber monocoque and bodywork made exclusively of carbon composites. It weighs in at just 895 kilograms (1,973 pounds).
Powering the series is a 1.7-liter turbo-four engine rated at 240 hp (180 kW), which sends the torque to the rear wheels through a six-speed robotic transmission (no other options exist). Official specs state that the coupe does the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint in 4.5 seconds and hits its speed ceiling at 257 km/h (160 mph).
The dealerships in Europe still have the Alfa Romeo 4C in stock priced starting from €63,200.
