Alfa Romeo is getting a new supercar ready for premiere in Arese, Italy, on August 30. A teaser pic accompanies the announcement.
There are hints that the car will be named ā6Cā: note especially the round taillight patten that seems to combine the letter C with the number 6. As for the engine, it could receive the same 2.9-liter V6 as the Giulia GTA sedan. The latter gets 540 PS (533 hp / 397 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque out of it.
The supercar will emerge in a limited series and will likely not be available to the general public, since chances are good that everyone interested had already pre-ordered one. Alfa Romeo had revealed the car to its select customers long before Stellantis approved of the project.
